This project renovation united three locations into a new corporate world headquarters for the manufacturer of various rubber, glass, and plastic products to the health care and pharmaceutical industry. Included in the design was 15,000 sq. ft. of chemistry research and quality control labs, dry labs for equipment and instrumentation, wet labs for chemical testing, and a pilot manufacturing plant.
