Brandywine Health & Wellness Foundation partnered with the Cansler Development Group in developing a location for ChesPenn Health Services, Community Dental, the Child Guidance Resource Center, Human Services Incorporated, and 24 units of affordable senior housing. In addition to contributing to the redevelopment of the City of Coatesville, this health center brings much needed primary care services to the underinsured and unisured in Chester county. The project was scheduled for 13 months of construction beginning in early 2007 and completed in early 2008.
