This full scale gaming facility is designed to accommodate 5,000 electronic gaming devices and includes various restaurants, entertainment venues, retail, lodging, and a six story structured parking facility to hold 2,000 cars. We are currently in the first phase of a $1 billion project to include a 1,000 room, 25-story hotel and over 500,000 SF of retail, spa and entertainment areas.
