The concept consisted of a 14,400 SF addition to an existing 48,000 SF school, which was fully renovated during the summer break. The program included a science classroom, computer lab, 3 standard classrooms, as well as a gymnasium, offices, music theatres and renovations to the main entrance, lobby and existing classrooms capable of serving 675 students. An entire renovation of the existing building and the addition were designed around a common courtyard and provides complete handicapped accessibility. The project was $400,000 under budget.
