Architectural Concepts LLP provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of one-story 516 Blue Bell Plaza and the new construction of three-story 518 Blue Bell Plaza. Both multi-tenanted corporate office buildings provide ample parking for over 500 cars and both buildings feature state-of-the-art carrier VAV HVAC energy management systems.

516 Blue Bell is occupied by Barclay White Skanska Regional Headquarters and 518 Blue Bell is occupied by Merck Regional Headquarters.
