Architectural Concepts LLP designed this new municipal facility that represents Coatesville’s rich history and vision for the future. The project was designed with tight budgeting limits and a need existed to accommodate a third floor future expansion. The new City Hall houses facilities for the police department, a communications room, administrative offices, and City Council chambers. Contemporary yet understated, the use of different masonry sizes and textures gives the building a presence in scale with the neighborhood context and the public and professional people who use it.
