This bus transfer station in downtown Lancaster was designed to accommodate off-street bus loading and unloading and also provide a park-like atmosphere for passengers. This project was developed in association with Brinjac Engineers of Harrisburg, PA and designed by Stuart & Associates Architects, recently acquired by Architectural Concepts.
The entrance into the site is under a four-story office and retail building on North Queen Street. The building is designed with three large arched openings for pedestrians and buses. The first floor retail space of approximately 1,200 square feet is adjacent to the office lobby for the upper floor levels.
