This bus transfer station in downtown Lancaster is comprised of multiple commercial sites. The first phase of construction included the development of a bus transfer park that accommodates off-street bus loading and unloading and the site provides a park-like atmosphere for passengers.

The entrance into the site is under a four-story office and retail building on North Queen Street. The building is designed with three large arched openings for pedestrians and buses. The first floor retail space of approximately 1,200 square feet is adjacent to the office lobby for the upper floor levels.
