Schematic design for a new 58,000 s.f. BMW Car Dealership.  This facility will be the first LEED Silver Accredited structure in West Whiteland Township.

This revolutionary buidling will employ a geo-thermal heating and cooling system, low-E glazing and insulative envelope strategies to maximize it's energy efficiency, and generate over 50% of the energy need from roof and canopy mounted photovoltaic cell assemblies.  Trellis roofs with photovoltaic cell assemblies protecting cars at grade will generate the remainder of the facility's energy needs.

100 % of the facility's water usage will be provided from harvested rainwater.
