This master plan concept is currently in preliminary design stages for Gambone Development Company.
The proposed use for this mixed use development include retail, residential, commercial, civic space, and
possibly an elementary school.
Retail development will possibly include a home improvement center, supermarket, day care, and various
retail and office space. Residential development feature plans for single family homes, carriage homes,
town homes, and age-restricted apartment homes.
