This in-house simulcasting facility renovated an under-utilized space at the famed Monmouth Park Racetrack. The project features wagering areas, live racing viewing areas, family and fine dining, VIP rooms, and a unique rooftop covered terrace for year-round wagering activities.

Completed in August of 2007 in time for Monmouth's hosting of the 2007 Breeder's Cup.
