Architectural Concepts LLP provided complete architectural and interior design services for this PHFA-funded 58-unit housing complex for families of modest incomes. The first floor consists of fully accessible “flats” and community space including a computer lab and laundry. The second and third floors are two-story townhomes. All units have private decks and terraces.
