This mixed-use development of commercial office and retail space includes buildings ranging in both size and scale. The driving goal behind this project was to create a pedestrian-friendly environment that revitalized the center’s link to the downtown area of Downingtown. This extensive redevelopment and renovation includes an exterior amphitheater and space planning services were provided for local tenants such as medical facilities, corporate offies, restaurants and small retail shoppes.
