Adaptive Reuse . Century Hall Apartments

Built in 1910 as a five-story open-plan meeting space called Red Men Hall, the Italian Revival and Craftsman-style building is on the National Register of Historic Places. To retain the inherent historic flavor, Architectural Concepts’ design preserved a portion of the original mezzanine that retains the original exposed brick. The stair tower was reused to house a smaller switchback stair while adding a new elevator.
