This converted 180-year-old barn is located just outside Phoenixville and serves as the new Barnstone Gallery. The barn was owned by the Detwiler family since the 1940’s and throughout the years, the property served as a dairy farm, lumber yard, and an antique store. After 26 years of the barn standing abandoned, we worked with the client to renovate this historical barn into Barnstone Gallery. This 3,000 square foot project offers contemporary American art complete with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and plank floors.
