Architectural plans are in the works for this 60-80 unit affordable rental community for senior citizens in Parkesburg, Pa.

Design includes four stories of one and two bedroom apartments and includes 6,000 sf for two commercial establishments on the first floor. There will be second floor management offices, a community space, elevators and security systems for all residents.
